What is MyEnvoyAir?
MyEnvoyAir is a web-based portal that allows users to manage their agent accounts. MyEnvoyAir is a secure portal that allows users to manage their accounts and is only available to users.

To register with MyEnvoyAir, please visit www.envoyairportparking.com/myenvoyair and follow the on-screen instructions. After you register and log in, go to the “Main Menu” button at the top left of the screen (soon to be called “Main Menu”). This will bring you back to where we started: your MyEnvoyAir home page!
How do I open an account with MyEnvoyAir?
To create an account with MyEnvoyAir, visit the MyEnvoyAir website and click the “Create Account” button. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after verifying your account.
Once you’re signed in, you can add flights to your itinerary by entering your flight number, date and time of departure (and more) and clicking the Add Flight button.
How do I register a new account using the Envoy mobile app (app)?
To open a new account using the Envoy mobile app, you must first download it to your device. After doing so, open the application and select the “My Agent” option from the main menu. Then select My Agent Settings. This option will show additional options such as “Sign Up”, which you must select if you want to register a new account.
Once selected, follow the prompts to create your new MyEnvoyAir account by entering the required information, including your email address, username, and optional password; No additional steps are required once this product has been successfully installed!
What if I forget my username or password?
If you forget your username or password, you can reset it from the login page. To do this:
- If you forgot your username, click “Forgot Username?” Enter your email address. A link to edit your profile will be sent to your email address shortly to create this account.
- If you’re having trouble logging in with either of these methods, try resetting both passwords at once by clicking the “Forgot Both” button when prompted in step 2 above (everyone on the site will say “[F]orgot”) All ? “)

It is normal to receive an email with instructions to reset your password 24 hours before it arrives in your inbox. If you have not received the email after 24 hours, please check your spam and junk folders first. If not, check your box!
Your email is in the “Other” folder and may have been deleted by mistake. If so, go back to MyEnvoyAir, select “Reset Password” from the drop-down menu on the login page, and follow the instructions.
